I love your family but those wrist BP machines are worthless. I promise. Only accurate way to do it is with a cuff. And BP is very important so why take a chance?

Wrist BP's are not very accurate and tend to give a higher reading. I understand for an on the go or quick check it seems simple, but they will give you a false high

I bought it months ago, but I could not figure out how to get accurate readings 😩😭. It’s so sensitive! One wrong angle and it reads super high lol

don't hold your arm up it should be down on the table in a resting position otherwise you will get a higher reading.

Those are garbage we had one for my dad. It was never correct. We bought the better one that sits on the table and has the hose connected to it in a big part that goes around your arm. That’s very accurate. Don’t know the name of it.
