When I worked at KT, what would boil my blood is when they’d set their stuff down at the very end of the counter & I’d have to use my “stretch armstrongs” to reach the stuff & they’d just watch me struggle. OR! Not emptying the baskets. Set it down & watch me unload it, scan it, and bag it. Whilst they’re just standing there doing nothing. 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

I got my toes done and the lady was like kind of mad and kind of talking softly and sometimes making eye contact. I couldn’t tell if she was talking to me, she wasn’t speaking English. I kept looking around the room like is this lady crazy, anyone else seeing this?!?Then I figured out she was on those ear pieces. I was legit scared for a minute!

im little/short with short arms, MOST put their items the farthest away from me and I have to lay across the counter to reach and they JUST WATCH. Also they get up to the counter, put their items down and say "i need to go grab a few more things" with a line behind them!! ugh! WHYYYYY????,

My husband never gets his money ready ahead of time and it makes me CRAZY!!! We will wait 20 minutes in the drone thru and he will still not have gotten his wallet out until we get to the window… like what!!!!! It makes me so mad. We have gotten into like 10 fights about it. AMEN! I love the ones that say sorry I have to unlock my card. Then say - sorry I have to move money to it. Then say- I swear I’m sorry I can’t remember my passwords. I have so many cards the numbers run together… then they snicker like it’s funny! And the line behind them grows! And you call IC 3 and no one comes to assist. Then you are told don’t worry your store has been coddled with the extra help and you will be just fine- even though at the last meeting you read the statement to call when you have two or more in line. Totally get it!!!! Ugh!

It will never change. Can't fix stupidity! I talk louder when they come up to the register when they are on the phone. Or the guys come in, oh I left my wallet in the car. You know I often wonder if they do that at other stores, like Pick n Save or at fast food places.
