Unfortunately onitsuka quality downgraded over the years. The quality of the leather and sole if you compare to their very old versions late 90’s to early 2000’s, those version aged really well. It’s just the reality of onitsuka now, doesn’t matter if it’s a Japanese brand. Most brands quality of their products downgraded, which is why the shoes has worn out a lot quicker than expected.

I’ve had 140 euros white Birkenstock sneakers for almost five years, and I walk even the toughest routes in them. I wash them once a month and they look great again. They’re also incredibly comfortable and have a natural insole. Over this time I’ve bought around 30 pairs of other shoes from different brands, but Birkenstock are always my favorite. This how they look now

No no hold on!! You did not walk for 20 minutes everyday. I have this shoes I have used them for 8 hours straight and they look good. I think you’ve used this shoes but don’t give them any maintenance. It’s just like anything else 😏

Certain shoes look better when they’re used/worn n/slightly dirty. I think they look fine. I’d still wear them everyday

i have 3 shoes and they are almost 3 years old that depends to the ones using it if you know how to clean it and take care of it i wont get that bad

you're supposed to rotate shoes regularly. it's bad for your feet and bad for your shoe to wear the same pair every day until it falls apart.

I own over 300 pairs of sneakers. This shoe I want and I want it engraved. I ain’t gonna wear it every day. It’s not an every day shoe. I have so many $300 pair of Jordan’s I use every day. I also have $1000 pairs I never use at all. I’m not a collector. I just buy what I want to buy and wear what I want to wear.

Are you able to get the stains off? It looks like you just need to get some shoe trees and take care of them a bit. I clean my shoes everytime i wear them and make sure it has shoe trees
