It is iconic and does offer great views of the city. It is literally in my vote memories as a child growing up in Louisville…. But it is TOTALLY DATED and in DIRE need of a MAJOR UPGRADE. I just went to look at an apt there and there is NO WAY i would pay what they are asking… just to live in a faded memory.😢

All the other buildings in Louisville have been redone or remodeled and some type of way but this building looks like it’s never been touched. This building was built in 1960 something and it still looks the same.

My great grandfather built that building! It was very fancy in the 70s/80s when I was a kid. My grandparents lived in the PH and I have so many fond memories there. It’s a shame it’s gone downhill.
