This no Matric thing is a problem, it mine not seem that way on day to day issues but anyone with post matric studies would know cos Human Resources is a module in most first year studies. If you apply for leave and that leave was granted, and during that uprising, acting members and deputies took up the mantles and assumed role of the employee that took leave, why then should he be fired for taking leave? Fired under which regulations of the labour Act? We have people wanting to manage using their feelings " I believe he should have been fired" what law would you cite for that? Have such people like Adam's in parlament show that we have a long way to go as a country that needs to Usher in new, young leader withing the space
