Cut the rind of the guanciale next time so it isn't hard when it crisps up. and use a thicker size spaghetti preferably 5^oN to soak into the sauce better giving a rich flavour

nearly perfect , use slow dried pasta have golden color , more pepper remove skin of guanciale , 2 egg yolk is more than enough , pasta a little bit soggy for me 😅
