I hate that Twice had to die, but it was literally necessary for the heroes to win. Twice was a one man army and could have made millions of copies of overpowered Shigaraki and everyone else in the League. that would've been an absolute death sentence for the whole world. Hawks didn't even want to kill Hawks since he gave him the suggestion of bettering himself. he had to kill twice unfortunately. we already saw how absolutely insane toga was while using twices power, and she couldn't make the copies use the quirks of everyone like twice xould. imagine how that would've been if twice was alive? I understand why people dislike hawks for doing what he did, but it was necessary too.
