Piston slap, lifters and/or rockers... may be eating cam lobes too, do an oil analysis on it and see how much and what kind of wear metals show up in this first couple hundred miles since oil change. Also check what the oil pressure is doing with a temporary connected mechanical oil pressure gauge.
