Optimal if you want to spike your insulin levels & crash. Unfortunately refined/processed carbohydrates are never optimal for health.

I have a soda scone with jam before the gym 5 times a week and a protein shake after the gym to complete breakfast. 400cals, 30g protein for everything.

At a guesstimate that's between 100-150g of cereal... Which is about 400-550 calories and between 100-140ish grams of carbs... How can you say this is optimal for losing weight? 🤔
