As a former flight attendant here is a little FYI about airlines(at least all domestic carriers) but first about this specific lady, I believe she was on a spirit flight and she was in an aisle near the front to select that seat cause it’s not free is pricey I know she didn’t pay or have that seat because her boarding pass shows 33E which is a middle near the bathroom, but even if she had originally been in an aisle the airline has every right to move a s seat assignment and here’s the policy the all have and is in every domestic’s contract of carriage” your seat assignment is merely a request and can be changed at anytime up until boarding.
