Amazon has stickers that go in between and it really makes a difference and adheres well. Used instead of glue.

I had the strongest best shaped nails after gel and press ons my nails have deformed! doc what do I do, I'm a natural girly 😩I'm panicked that my nails will never be the same again! will they grow out normal? the nails are splitting bending an breaking I'm scared I bent my nail plates too badly

I used coconut oil and olive oil. The products on the market have chemicals and additives in them so just use the real stuff - only took about 6 weeks for the nails to be strong and healthy
