Tyrosa :
I own a 2019 Volkswagen Polo vivo. When I park the vehicle on a slope and later disengage the handbrake, the wheels remain locked even though the handbrake is fully released.
I previously took the vehicle to the Volkswagen dealership in Rustenburg. The car stayed in their garage for seven days without being repaired. Eventually, I was forced to take the vehicle back in the same condition because the problem temporarily resolved itself. Unfortunately, the issue has now returned.
This ongoing problem is very frustrating, especially considering the time and inconvenience involved. If Volkswagen continues to handle customer concerns in this manner, it risks losing loyal customers. I expect proper diagnosis, repair, and professional service going forward.
