I use a tinted moisturizer sunscreen. Normally I don’t use concealer. When would I do this step before or after sunscreen(tinted moisturizer)

Please make a video on how to prevent accentuating pitted acne scars. Specifically, pitted scars on the cheeks where blush, bronzer and contour would go. No matter what I do it ends up creating a shadows in the pitted scars. 😞
