Turmeric is useless without a dash of black pepper. But, im not sure if this is partly for the benefits pf it or this mixture is just to make you poop.

I ordered these,ran out and decided to just buy fresh ginger and turmeric.1 8oz glass a day has improved my gastritis and inflammation significantly and my skin is the clearest it has been in years On day 4 of taking the tea,I vomited so much mucus and my stomach and side fat is disappearing..Oh and not to mention you will definitely start having regular bowel movements,Thank me now💯💯When making fresh ginger tea DO NOT boil the ginger or tumeric and do not remove the skin..clean both really well,boil water then turn off. cut up ginger and turmeric thin then place in boiling water and let it sit for about an hour or two..best tea ever
