as a trans (ftm) theater kid, it’s SO HARD to adapt to a new voice on hormones, especially at the age dylan started AND being mtf, she has a lot acting against her, and she’s doing great

Guys it’s not just Dylan or the fact that she’s trans the girl who plays young Katherine is also struggling because they’re not musical theater performers by training. This is the TOP show for needed training because of how much moving it is Dylan and the other girl would be amazing in a normal broadway show but six is extremely different from typical theater performances

Okay so some of the earlier videos of Dylan she definitely had a weak tone (especially working alongside some original cast members) but she is DEFINITELY sounding a lot stronger now!!! I'm not a Six fan but hopefully this is a step into getting her back into theater more 💕💕💕

Friends let’s remember that this is the END of the show and voices, especially voices that may not be used to the demands of being on Broadway, can get tired after an hour and a half of being one of six people speaking and singing on stage. We need more grace for people in their Broadway debut.
