We have the same play mat… when he try’s to crawl his legs and arms go up at the same time making him look like a seal 🦭 lol… but he always has a sleepsuit on so it’s not giving him much grip.. would it better without it?

Haha we been working on this. But he locks his legs and if he doesn’t want you to move them…..it’s just not happening.
