How do I deal with this as someone who's in a relationship with a dismissive avoidant? I'm really lost. I love him so much and understand him, ive accommodated to his needs, helped him feel safe, been extremely patient with him. And when I thought it was working it wasn't, I feel unloved even tho I mentally know he loves me and I really don't know what to do ☹️I've practically given up on doing the emotional work because I am so burnt out

I am in the situation with a dismissive avoidant. we're in therapy he's in therapy I'm in therapy. I'm definitely stuck in the anxious attachment loop because of what he's doing to me. I feel so alone.
