YESS. they called my first baby “sunny side up” and i had NO clue what that meant or that it was the cause of my back labor. I also went unmedicated and had a 10lb surprise baby despite an ultrasound that morning 😂😂

I’ve had 1 induction and 2 drug free births. I 100% prefer the drug free births induction was horrible for me. Caused me to have birth trauma and I had to see a psych for 4 years to work through it.

I think it depends on the type of induction. If they’re placing something on your cervix and sending you home to come back when it starts working. Nope. Don’t recommend. If you’re staying in hospital and being induced where you can get an epidural immediately. Yes.

Oooh the back labor was horrendous for me. I've a low pain tolerance except when it comes to my chronic migraines. There was no time for an epidural.

I loved being induced! I like to control things as much as possible and it made planning for the other kids easier

Back labor is the worst ever!!! Chiropractor helped me move my 2nd and went into labor 2 days after

I feel you on induction because arranging childcare for my 6 kids with 3 different school schedules gives me anxiety, although I much preferred spontaneous labor with my first 4, life has gotten so complicated! I'm not sure what will happen with this one but I'm 36 weeks!

I had one natural and one induction and I didn’t mind either of them! I just liked the spontaneous part of the natural one like it was so exciting to me 🤣 but induction felt the same to me (I didn’t think it was any worse pain wise)

My grandson was starting to go sunny side up and they got my daughter a peanut ball and it worked. He went faced now.
