the lawsuit makes zero sense. that also means bo3 the black market cases is gambling, rocket league cases, and any other game that has cases is a gambling game. cs2 and all the other games you can go and buy the specific skin, the main reason of the cases is it would completely change the value of every skin if there were no cases, a blue minimal wear five seven skin could be 100k just because it goes perfect with like default gloves, horrible example and their are some skins like this but it diverses these skins
