Hey fellow FND girlie! I have dystonia in my left arm and really struggled with a crutch. My pt told me to use a rollator. It’s soooo much easier. I haven’t fallen in a good while.

Before I got my wheelchair I used a stick. Just a little tip to try make you feel a bit more steady on your feet. Try to move the crutch out at the same time and same distance as the opposite foot if you are able. Once you get used to it, you won’t even have to think about it and it will just happen naturally. Good luck with it all. 🥰

have a look at the ferrules from flexyfoot I replaced mine with one from there and I find my crutches easier to balance with now x
