@abc7chicago: Video from IDOT showed the truck rolled over and hanging on its side. Illinois State Police said at about 2:42 a.m., a semi-truck jack-knifed, lost control and crashed through temporary concrete barriers. IDOT said the truck ended up between an old bridge that is being demolished and the new bridge. Shortly after 9 a.m., the truck was cleared from the roadway.
