Recipe below: Banana pudding cheesecake **Crust:** - Mix 4 cup of finely crushed Nilla wafer, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1 stick melted butter. - Press into a greased springform pan and set aside. **Cheesecake Filling:** - Beat 4 8 oz. blocks of softened cream cheese with 1 cup sugar until smooth. - Add 4 large eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 3/4 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, and a pinch of salt. - Pour half the batter over the crust -add layer of sliced bananas followed by a layer of nilla wafers. Top with remaining filling. -bake at 325 for 50-55 mins -let rest inside of a turn off oven for 1. Hour. Chill at room temperature, then refrigerate at least 4-5 hours. Overnight is best After refrigeration, mix 2 cups milk, 1 pack of instant pudding and let set for 5 minutes. While setting, also mix 1 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold the two together and top the cheesecake. Add fresh nilla wafers and bananas desired.
