I think both babies and adults need quiet and dark to sleep and rest well. You’ll get an anxiety ridden baby if you’re constantly bombarding the baby with lights and sounds even when they’re asleep. Why? Why not just a quiet room with moonlight coming through the window like our bodies were intended to have during sleep?
