Experimented w every single type of no show and thong in high school and nothing was ever good enough. Probably not good for me but I wear g strings everyday now, with leggings and jeans and it never bothers me I never have to worry about pulling them up, checking if the seams r showing etc. The only complaint I have is with ones that have super tiny front pieces, they will give you a front wedgie but there are a lot of other options that have more front coverage and don’t do that
