Moody Rooster focuses on seasonal farmers market produce and sustainably sourced ingredients and you can truly taste the freshness in their dishes. I’m big on texture, and the beets and cauliflower were very balanced, I wish all my vegetables tasted this way. The crispy gnocchi is one of their most popular dishes (and now I know why). That Parmesan fondue is so creamy, the gnocchi is still soft but crisp and the tomatoes add a pop of color and tang.
