How I’d do it: “Evening all 😁, I need you to come back to the host stand for me so I can seat you properly.” No “Ok, unfortunately we don’t allow self-seating so we won’t be able to serve you until you come back to the host stand.” No. “Ok then, I’ll give you about 3 minutes to meet me back at the host stand before you’re officially trespassing,” walks away. Waits 3 minutes, calls police.
