If you’re still: • following your meal plan • doing your cardio • staying consistent you are likely still losing fat. The scale might stall for a week or two, then suddenly drop again. Stay consistent and give it time. But if you’re eating random foods and going off plan, that’s not a plateau. That’s just not sticking to the plan. You mentioned chicken breast in all your videos. You never mentioned how the chicken breast was. Was it cooked? Was it fried? Was it roasted? This has been my question.

I started working out 3-4x a week again but I definitely did do just one week of eating in only a 200cal deficit to get my metabolism a little back on track
