absolutely not trying to correct you because you know what works for you but i spent years doing this way and one day i instead of bending forward and holding under the knees to control where they land i started pushing on top of the knees instead...i didnt have to bend my back and both me and my patient felt they landed at least as good after i got the hang of it. im 6" so could be what made that better for me. keep doing your thing though, power to you both!
