Could be a fantastic benefit. They’re able to better plan for the cost, not allow GLP1 to spiral their insurance costs, and still reap the benefits of healthier employees (more productive, better attendance, etc)

They should publish which companies sign up to do this! My doctor told me a couple of years ago that her hospital and another large hospital use GLP1 coverage as a recruitment tool.
