It’s crazy to think in just one year @anoecker_throws28 went from 12th place with a toss of 37’-10” to winning her first state title with a toss of 47’-1”. That’s a little under a 10 foot improvement!!! We were able to improve this much because of a few variables: 1. We created a vision of where we wanted to be during the 2026 season 2. We stuck to the programming plan that was created with our vision in mind 3. We trained 4-5 days consistently throughout the week 4. We recreated big moments in practice that would simulate high stress moments found at bigger competitions 5.
