At the end of the day they want to see your most recent skills and experience. They actually don’t care if you were taking care of loved ones, on vacation, taking a break, working on unrelated gigs. Lol Better to tell them you were staying on top of industry trends, being intentional about your next move, working on things related to the job at hand.
