y’all (not the creator cause not assuming their sexuality!) being celibate and being asexual are not the same thing… saying you’re ace just because people suck and are distracting is like a straight woman telling a lesbian she “wishes she was a lesbian” and that she’s “lucky” just because guys are annoying. no hate to anyone. but asexuality is just as real of a sexuality as other ones. and saying you’re “lowkey ace/celibate” just because you don’t wanna bother being distracted by a relationship can rlly come off the wrong way and only make it harder for asexuality to be taken seriously. i mean this all in the nicest way possible btw. just hope it can educate some ppl is all because there’s a lot of harmful ideas and assumptions surrounding asexuality on this app, and the more ppl know about it the more people can come out as asexual and it be taken seriously
