Do that 3 times. It will signal to your nervous system that your heart rate needs to calm down. I know this is insane and terrible situation right now and you are totally entitled to feel that way but you can’t stay in that “ panic mode “ . It stops your critical mind from working and ultimately will only cause you more stress. I’ve never been in your situation so I can’t say I’ve been there but I can say that you WILL survive this .
