Stacey, don’t knock it, try it! I have one and it helps by massaging (not blowing) round the eyes and temples relieving tension, which helps with headaches/migraines. It heats up not blows and I tend to turn the music off but you can use Bluetooth to listen to your favourite relaxing music. Go on Stacey give it a go!

Dont know if your stacey has any control but can you ask her to stop airwick active fresh (her affiliation) to stop changing and discontinuing scents 😭 used to get the snowflake and sandlewood and that was stopped then went to cosy cottage and now cant get that 😭 im autistic and struggle with a lot of scents 😔. Gonna check out the eye mask though might help with the migraines from the scents i hate 🙈
