DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️1 carrot (large enough to cover the pan) ▪️3 eggs ▪️Seasoning of your choice ▪️Handful of tomatoes, chopped peppers ▪️1 avocado, mashed, mixed with coriander, lemon juice, salt and pepper ▪️Handful of cheese METHOD ▪️Heat some oil over medium heat in a frying pan. ▪️Peel your carrots directly into the pan until the surface is covered. ▪️Season carrots as you like. Cook for a few minutes until carrots become slightly browned ▪️Pour over whisked egg ▪️Add your toppings ▪️Flip over your egg and cook for a further few minutes, until cheese has melted #lunch #Recipe
