I get nobody is there when it says there should be and that’s the point of your video, but the sign literally says of nobody is in there go to the ticket counter to get assistance in retrieving your belongings. 🙄

Are you at a small airport? This happened to my aunt when we flew into South Dakota. Everyone from the airline (not Spirit) was MIA between flight arrivals/departures. She is older in a wheelchair so it took us longer than the average person to get to checked baggage and they were no where to be found. Finally a guy cleaning the airport went to find someone for us.
