Counterpoint: Toyota has the highest average fuel economy in the industry and also the most reliable cars. Zero issues in my hybrid Camry with the eCVT. Much, quieter, smoother, highly efficient, and more reliable than any car I had in the past.

They’re making them last until the warranty runs out. Designing proprietary parts that only they sell. Engineered maintenance. Redesigning everything that doesn’t need redesigned. Especially in the trucking industry

I agree with what he says on the mechanical side, but it’s also a Chase for the Technology. Putting every function that you can do in your car on one big monitor in the center console is just asking for trouble.
