I do the same thing. But I always have a backup item on my shelf. Olives, pickles, mayo,mustard, jelly’s, peanut butter, anything shelf stable. When I use the open one, then I grab from my shelf and put two on the list for next big shopping trip. That way I never run out. 😀

We just spent $239.95 for a household of two but we went to Sam’s Club and Winco. We are definitely going to stretch it, with the exception of produce our farmers market starts soon and I’m going to start canning and dehydrating. Plus I’ll be restarting our hydroponic
