@mysticismwithashjerine: For thousands of years, cultures across the world have recognized the Spring Equinox as a turning point and a sacred time of renewal, reflection, and transformation. Ancient civilizations held festivals and ceremonies during the equinox to honor rebirth, fertility, and the rhythms of the earth. From the temples of the ancient Near East to seasonal celebrations throughout Europe and the Americas, the equinox reminded communities that human life moves within the same cycles as the natural world. Mystical experience often brings a sense of peace and certainty about the value of life. It cultivates compassion, kindness, and responsibility toward others and the natural world. While logic and science remain essential for understanding the material world, mysticism satisfies the human need for wonder and helps address the deeper questions of existence that cannot always be solved through analysis alone. Our Spring Equinox Gathering brings together Mediumship and Shamanic drumming in recognition of this ancient moment of balance. Through rhythm, presence, and connection with Spirit and lineage, we honor both the mystical traditions of the past and the enduring human search for meaning. Mysticism has always been available to humanity. It is not separate from us. It is part of the human experience itself.
