The ONLY negative thing I see is the huge bay window over the garage door. It looks too modern for me to the rest of the house. But if I had this money that is an easy changeable thing. The kitchen wall tiles are so beautiful. Thank you!

I really like this one. It's absolutely gorgeous with a ton of character. It's not too big, and it's not too small. If I could afford it, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. That said, I absolutely do not like that backyard. I'm not a fan of the brick, and I'm definitely not a fan of how easily your neighbours could see into it. If I'm out there freeballing it, I don't want the world to know.

I’d switch the sitting area and the dining room. Make the dining room directly next to the kitchen and make the books into bookcases for a library

I love the last bedroom! I’d put in a hammock so I could lay right under those windows and peak outside between pages. I’d love the primary, but the last bedroom just has such a warm and cozy feeling to it. 🥰

This is one of my favorite homes. It's so tempting to sell my 2011 build and move here.
