I lost my grandson and son 3 months apart and I really wrestled with some of the things that were said to me that made me want to scream but ultimately I realized that it was never their intention to upset me. People just don’t know what to say. Too, my mother had been in a nursing home for 15 yrs and at her funeral she looked beautiful like the Queen Mum! After years of seeing her with no makeup, hair not styled and always in sweat suits, we were so happy to see her look like we had always known.
