I sleep as soon as I get home from my shift and wake up 2-3 hours before the shift to get some sunlight. Taking a little walk and showering to feel fresh before the shift makes a huge difference. Love from peds!!! 🥰

When I worked nights (as a fellow morning girly) my biggest piece of advice is to still do things like moving your body, getting sunlight if you can. It can be easier to sleep than do them, but it definitely helps mentally!

I work nights and have sooo many tips! get a nodpod- super helpful for sleeping during the day. try to still get movement in while you’re off and make sure you’re fueling your body well with good food and hydrating! I also do my full night routine (shower/skincare etc) when I get home from work in the mornings to trick my brain into thinking it’s bedtime haha
