I have rosacea and I want to claim there is no skin care products that will actually stop rosacea. Rosacea is linked to cortisol unbalance.. meaning skin care products won’t do a thing to prevent flushing/stingy. I did one very simple thing that was changing my diet, eating salmon filets, spinach and toasted bread with blueberries on side and drinking water more often, it actually helped me a lot.
