this scene almost made me cry cause this was a instance that was interesting. Higuruma’s feelings toward the world started when he idolized himself as a failure whilst yuji idolizes himself as a monster for something he had no choice to do. Both are suffering mentally from their problems, and both have rough cracks in between, but are both good people. And higuruma didn’t have it in him to kill yuji cause he saw himself in him
