Same comfort food, way better macros. 💪 Macros (per serving – makes 8) Calories – 436 Protein – 41g Carbs – 41g Fat – 14g Ingredients 32 oz (2 lb) 93/7 Lean Ground Beef 1 Box (14 oz) Barilla Protein+ Penne 4 Cups or 1 cartoon Bone Broth 1 Medium Yellow Onion, diced 4 cloves Garlic, diced 4 tbsp Tomato Paste 112g (1 cup) 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese 2 oz (56g) ⅓ Less Fat Cream Cheese Seasonings Salt Black Pepper Garlic Powder Onion Powder Paprika Directions 🧑🍳 1️⃣ Heat a large pan over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until about 80% done. Drain any excess fat. 2️⃣ In the same pan, add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 3 to 5 minutes. 3️⃣ Add the ground beef back to the pan along with the bone broth and protein pasta. Stir, cover, and let simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4️⃣ Once the pasta is al dente, stir in the tomato paste, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese until everything is melted and creamy. 5️⃣ Portion into 8 meal prep containers and store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
