Rushmore isn't finished either. I saw both in the 1980's. I was more impressed with the Crazy Horse monument. it's huge! I wish it was finished to see the horse and all.

they're nowhere close they're just getting done with the arm they have the whole horses head to do the family only works on it themselves with a few extra volunteers and they work by donations only if you want to donate send the money directly to the crazy horse
