This gentleman had been waiting over two hours for the roadside company he called & he was trapped in his vehicle, so tensions were understandably high. He thought I was them when I walked up. Once we talked, everything was good and we ended with smiles. Please be kind in the comments, he's a good man who was just in a tough spot. ❤️
