I use the Mary Ruth's liquid multivitamin, it didn't make my hair grow, it gave me more energy but my urine turned neon orange from the vitamins, which is a normal. It's YT owned so don't expect much.

I use Mary Ruth products. They are in my rotation. I think it is worth it. BUT again, there are always cheaper alternatives to everything. I feel like they have great vitamin combinations that are together and you don’t have to buy separately products

I started using Mary Ruth’s almost a year ago& my hair has grown a lot but not excessively. It’s the longest & healthiest it’s ever been. However it has come to a stunt, keep in mind this is vitamins, vitamin deficiency is correlated to hair growth. I was a little deficient in iron & my recent bloodwork shows it’s in the right levels for the first time in years. So I think it will work to a certain point

the almond cookie one caused me to have serious acne. cystic acne. i stopped taking it. and then months again let me try again took one dose and had a huge ass pimple on chin by the end of the day.
