Too bad the center isn't adjustable, so you could do military presses while sitting on the bench. I wouldn't sit on the floor to do presses.

I see so many bolts at places where welds would traditionally be. It is a very versatile machine for entry level lifters, but remember that you get what you pay for generally, and this will not comfortably handle weight used by average lifters or above. No hate. Excellent machine for beginner home gym.
