On March 1st 2008, 2 men broke into the Caffey home in Alba, Texas, & set out on a killing spree that left two young children & their mother d3ad. The only survivors were 16-year-old Erin Caffey and her father, Terry Caffey, who was sh0t multiple times before the 2 intruders set the house on fire. The police revealed that Erin Caffey was the mastermind behind the entire massacre. When Erin Caffey began dating 18-year-old Charlie Wilkinson, the relationship got serious quickly. The relationship didn’t bode well with her parents, with Terry Caffey having reservations about Wilkinson from the start, the couple had wanted to separate him from their daughter. Erin Caffey plot with Wilkinson & Charles Waid to kill her family. Wilkinson & Waid pulled into the driveway of the Caffey home. Outside, Erin Caffey and Waid’s girlfriend waited in the car. Wilkinson made his way to Terry and Penny’s room & fired away at the sleeping couple with a .22 pistol. After taking multiple bullets himself, Terry watched his wife die as he lay beside her. The helpless father drifted out of consciousness as Tyler was sh0t in the face and Matthew was brutally killed when the pair took turns using the sword on him. They poured lighter fluid on the furniture & lit the house on fire. Terry Caffey gained consciousness as the fire engulfed the house and crawled out of a window. Terry was rushed into emergency surgery, after which he was stable enough to talk. He told sheriff’s deputies that it was Wilkinson. Authorities tracked down Wilkinson & brought him in for questioning. Then, they discovered Erin Caffey in the trailer where he was living, she told the police she had been kidnapped. Once all 4 suspects were in police custody, Erin Caffey’s kidnapping story to fall apart. Wilkinson and Waid both told police the same story: the murders were all her idea. In the end, Caffey, Wilkinson, Waid, and Waid’s girlfriend were all charged with three counts of capital murder. Wilkinson and Waid were given life sentences without the possibility of parole. Caffey also sentenced to life, will be eligible to apply for parole after 40 years. #crimetiktokers #crimetiktoker #crimetiktok #crimejunkie #crimetok

A six-year-old boy who is deaf was deported from the United States after Department of Homeland Security officials allegedly refused to let him access his hearing aids. According to his family’s attorney, the child is now hiding in Colombia with his mother and younger brother because they fear for their safety. The boy, Joseph, has severe disabilities and requires specialized medical care and education that his lawyer says are difficult to obtain in Colombia. His family fled the country about four years ago after his mother experienced serious domestic violence there. Nikolas De Bremaeker, an attorney with Centro Legal de la Raza, a legal aid organization based in Oakland, California, said the violence — combined with concerns about Joseph’s wellbeing due to his disability and the lack of adequate services in Colombia — compelled the family to seek refuge in the United States. Joseph’s mother, Lesly Rodriguez Gutierrez, and her two children were taken into custody earlier this week during what was supposed to be a routine appointment at Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Intensive Supervision Appearance Program office in San Francisco. The family had been living in Hayward in the Bay Area while pursuing asylum in the United States. According to De Bremaeker, Rodriguez Gutierrez never consented to being deported. He said ICE agents allegedly attempted to pressure her into signing paperwork written in a language she could not understand while she did not have access to legal counsel. She refused to sign. The attorney said that during the appointment, officials did not clearly explain what was happening. Instead, agents photographed and fingerprinted the family, asked Rodriguez Gutierrez to sign documents without clarification, and quickly placed them in a vehicle that transported them to a detention facility before they were ultimately put on a flight to Colombia. De Bremaeker also said that while the family was inside the ICE office in San Francisco, a relative waited outside in a car with Joseph’s hearing aids, which he depends on to communicate. Rodriguez Gutierrez repeatedly asked officers if they could retrieve the devices, but her requests were denied.#fyp #viral
